Papers of Walter Nathaniel Ridley [manuscript], 1942-1978.

The papers consist of a scrapbook and a biographical resume of University of Virginia alumnus and educator, Walter Nathaniel Ridley. The scrapbook includes copies of newspaper clippings, testamonial letters from Virginia State College, and dedications from Elizabeth City State College. Also included are photographs of Mr. Ridley "walking the lawn" at graduation; at a dinner in his honor at Virginia State College; with Martin Luther King in Edenton, NC; and, with President of Israel, Professor Ephraim Katsir in Jerusalem.
